InterMedia is an international communications publication with a difference. It is the journal of the International Institute of Communications, a global, independent and interdisciplinary network of senior decision-takers and thinkers. The IIC was set up in 1968 with the sole purpose of exploring the challenge of new communications technologies and their commercial, cultural and political impacts. InterMedia takes a multi-disciplinary approach to telecoms, broadcasting, new media, e-commerce and the internet. Its readers are policy makers, regulators, academics, content providers, technologists and industrialists in over 70 countries. InterMedia is published bi-monthly.
