Published/Hosted by Braybrooke Press.
The Journal of General Management is a long-established and well-respected quarterly publication, now entering its 32nd year in print. The Journal seeks to transform and enrich the understanding of business. Publishing articles across all areas of business management, the Journal is also thoroughly international in its scope: in addition to readers in the US and Europe, the Journal has a growing number of readers in Latin America and China. In particular, it focuses on the application of academic theory to business practice. Its concern is to promote innovative scholarship, whether empirical or theoretical, and to explore what that information means in real termshow it can transform business practice. Consequently, the Journal aims to be both a forum for first-class management scholarship, and an invaluable tool for practising managers with a keen interest in new knowledge within their field. The Journal publishes trend-setting articles that have been selected with the greatest care. In order to ensure the highest standards of academic rigour, each article submitted is subject to double blind-peer review; those articles selected for publication are then edited by an outstanding international team of scholars. Our aim is to capture pivotal developments in thought about business management and to make original work available to a broad community of readers around the world.
