Research in Experimental Medicine publishes original papers pertinent to the development or application of new methods or devices in experimental medicine and surgery. Research reports contributing to our knowledge of the basic aspects of human disease are particularly welcome as a wide range of fields is covered by the journal fields such as biochemistry physiology pathology and pharmacology. After peer review by an international editorial board every attempt is made to publish all papers within three months of acceptance which is in line with our goal of rapid dissemination of scientific information.
