Community & Junior College Libraries is a refereed journal especially for professionals working in academic and technical libraries, learning or media centers, library training programs, and library organizations. The journal's focus is on the distinctive, dynamic nature of learning resources centers in two-year colleges and the various professional contributions being made by these colleges are highlighted. Contributors to this fundamental resource present profiles of LRCs around the country and address news of special relevance - legislation, systems development, and various concerns faced by professionals in the libraries and information centers of two-year colleges. Community & Junior College Libraries also features several noteworthy columns that serve to inform readers about the people and the programs making headlines in the profession.
