This premier reporter of the mass of labour decisions handed down annually in South Africa covers judgments handed down by the Labour Court, Labour Appeals Court, the CCMA, Bargaining Council Awards and private arbitration awards. Also covered are labour-related judgments from the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, the Land Claims Court and the Pension Funds Adjudicator. ILJ is also the only labour series to publish relevant judgments of neighbouring states. Included are thought-provoking articles written by local and foreign specialists in labour law.
