This includes research bearing on themes such as relationships between plant production and environmental factors, valorisation, management and protection of water resources, management and protection of soils, evaluation and control of interactions between agriculture and composition of the atmosphere, control of the contamination of crop systems by pollutants, impact of farming methods on quality and quantity of agricultural production, sustainability of both cropping and grazing systems, land use planning and management.
