The Journal of Toxicology seeks to provide its readers (scientists, teachers, professionals and scholars) update on the latest developments in Toxicology. Special attention is given to studies related to the effects of chemicals and mechanisms of toxicity, by tests in experimental animals, alternative methods in vitro and human studies. It also includes studies on new substances and analytical techniques. Another important aspect of the magazine are review articles, especially on issues of Fundamental Toxicology, Clinical Toxicology genotoxicology, Environmental Toxicology, etc..
