The Texas International Law Journal is proud to announce the availability of Volume 39:1-4 (2003-2004) and the upcoming publication of Volume 40:1-4 (2004-2005). As you may well be aware, the Journal seeks to advance legal scholarship through feature articles, essays, student notes, and book reviews relevant to international legal scholars and practitioners. In past volumes, the Texas International Law Journal has addressed international issues such as the influence of common law, legal aid in South-East Asia, export control policies, and choice of law issues in the enforcement of judgments.
