Home Health Care Services Quarterly continues to publish important research on the cutting edge of home care and alternatives to long-term institutional care for the elderly, disabled, and other population groups that use in-home health care and other community services. The journal is aimed toward service providers and health care specialists involved with health care financing, evaluation of services, organization of services, and public policy issues. The journal publishes creative and scholarly articles that provide new insights into the delivery and management of home health and related community services, including: home health care financing, purposes and goals of long-term care, administrative strategies, evaluation of services, quality control/continuous quality improvement, organization of services, staff development, relationships of home health care to other sectors of the health care delivery system innovations, policy issues, international and comparative studies. Home Health Care Services Quarterly fills a long-standing need in the health services literature by communicating important knowledge and approaches to those engaged directly or indirectly in home health care and related services.
