Formerly The Scottish Journal of Religious Studies, Culture and Religion is an international journal dedicated to the academic study of religions and religion. Article submissions are encouraged from a wide range of methodological perspectives, including textual, philosophical, sociological, psychological, anthropological, historical, phenomenological, and philological approaches. The editorial board encourages submissions from all parts of the world which examine particular religious traditions and movements - traditional or innovative - as well as papers which are comparative in nature. Articles of a theoretical and methodological nature on any aspect of the study of religion are also welcomed. The aim of the journal is to promote a critical investigation of all aspects of the study of religion and to encourage enquiry into all religion, in either contemporary or classical forms. Previous ISSN record - now at Taylor and Francis with ISSN 1475-5610.
