Welding in the World has been the flagship publication of the International Institute of Welding (IIW) since 1963, highlighting the best achievements of the global professional and academic welding fraternity. The bi-monthly scientific and technical journal features authoritative papers on all aspects of welding, brazing, soldering, cutting, thermal spraying and other allied joining techniques. These technical and research papers or guidelines are first assessed and then recommended for publication by experts from the IIW’s 25 Working Units, representing the national delegations of the organization’s 54 member countries. Selected authors originate from the four corners of the globe, with Welding in the World providing the ideal forum for regular knowledge exchange.
