Polish Journal of Surgery (PJS) is an official organ of theAssociation of Polish Surgeons. PSJ is the oldest journal on surgery published in Poland. It was first issued in 1893. PJS publishes the following types of items: reports of original research, original clinical observations accompanied by analyses and discussions, analyses of philosophical, ethical, or social aspects of surgery, critical reviews, descriptions of evaluation of methods or procedures, case reports with discussions, varia and others papers dealing with all aspects of surgery.
