The magazine Dairy, as a scientific-professional magazine, is published quarterly. Although the magazine Dairy is not the oldest publication dealing with the production and processing of milk and dairy product issues, it is necessary to point out the fact that it is the only scientific- professional dairy magazine in Croatia with 50-year tradition of being published. The Dairy is mainly focused on the field of technology of treatment and processing of milk and dairy products. It has been edited by our outstanding dairy experts employed at colleges, research institutions and dairy companies. In the editorial bord together with the local scientists there are international dairy experts from: Slovenia, Switzerland, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Ireland. Dairy publishes the following categories of articles: original scientific papers, previous statements, scientific notes, professional papers, author reviews, and presentations from scientific conferences in Croatian and English language.
