Fennia is an Open Access (since 2010) international peer-review journal dedicated to all fields of geography. It publishes papers of high scholarly merit in two categories: Original Papers and Review Articles. Original Papers address a significant research problem and offer original results and syntheses based on scientific research. Review Articles consist of critical reviews of developments in empirical, theoretical and methodological studies. To be accepted, a paper must make a significant contribution to geographic research and be grounded in the relevant literature. All manuscripts are reviewed by the editors and two external reviewers.
