The SICB publishes a bi-monthly journal entitled the American Zoologist, which is one of the most cited and highly respected journals in the biology field. The first publication was in 1961, and publishes symposia proceedings and abstracts from the Annual Meetings as well as book reviews, reports and special bulletins. This is the official journal of the Society for Integrative and Comparative Biology.
